Set them a challenge to develop one new healthy habit every week and practice it daily. This might be eating five portions of fruit and veg per day, swapping sugar-sweetened drinks for healthier alternatives, or walking a mile every lunchtime.
Alternatively, you can give them a list of 14, 21, or 28 healthy habits and ask them to complete a new one each day.
